WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF PROJECT ASSISTANT:
The IIT Hyderabad will conduct a Walk-in- Interview (preceded by a written test) at IIT Hyderabad, Kandi Campus, Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and experience may walk-in directly with the duly filled application in the prescribed format/biodata along with proof of age, qualifications and experience.

POST: Project Assistant

NATURE OF POST: Temporary. The placement will be purely on contractual
basis and does not have any provision for regularization.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

a) Graduate (B.Sc/B.A./B.Com./B.E./B.Tech.) or equivalent from a recognized University or statutory body

b) Diploma/PG Diploma/Certificate Course in Software/Computer Applications or equivalent from the recognized Institute/Body. (Those candidates who have done software/computer application related course during graduation or post-graduation do not need to produce certificate).

c) Candidate should demonstrate proficiency in using MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, etc.; Basic typing skill and familiarity with official letter writing, Internet, Email, Skype, etc.; Proficiency in spoken and written English with good
communication skills.

DESIRABLE:
• Fluency in English, both speaking and Writing.
• Should be familiar with stores/purchase activities.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum two years' experience acquired after obtaining the essential qualifications.
• Experience of working in a government/academic institution with familiarity in office procedures Working experience in Stores/Purchase section.

AGE: Not exceeding 35 years

EMOLUMENTS (INR) : 13500-17100

TENURE: Minimum one year but can be extended depending on Project requirement and satisfactory performance of the selected candidate.

Date of Walk-in-Interview: 18thAugust 2016, 10:00 AM(Candidates will not be allowed into the campus after 10:00 a.m.) Place of Interview: - Conference Room, 2nd floor, Academic Block A, Kandi Campus, Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - No TA IDA will be payable to Candidates appearing for the interview. The Candidates will be required to bring All Certificates/testimonials, in original (Degree/Diploma Certificates, Marks Sheet, Experience Certificates, proof of age for verification and return, along with one set of self-attested photocopies of the same for verification and records of IIT
